Newborn Photographer Ewell – 12 day old Emilia’s Newborn Photography Shoot was a gift from her uncle. Emilia has to be one of the most beautiful babies I’ve ever seen. (Although saying that I think all the Newborns that come to me for photo shoots are beautiful 😉 ).
Newborn Gift Voucher
Prior to moving to Frimley Green, I was based in South West London and still have a regular client based in the area. I’m always around the area (visiting friends and family) and happy to travel to Ewell. Emilia’s uncle lives in Coventry and got a Gift Voucher for a Newborn Session for his child. Loving this idea, he then thought a Gift Voucher would make an excellent Christmas present for his sister and her partner. Emilia’s parents.
Fast forward to five months down the line, I get a call to let me know that Emilia has arrived and the newborn shoot is booked. Newborn shoots should ideally be booked after your 20 week scan. However, I will go out of my way to accommodate you and fit in a session. I know how quickly life can get away with you. And often booking your Newborn Shoot may be something that you’ve never gotten around to doing. Or especially relevant, is that you thought you didn’t want a Photo Shoot. That was, until you laid eyes on your gorgeous baby.
Since boys seems to be dominant in Emilia’s dad’s side of the family, Mum and dad were totally expecting the doctor to say “It’s a boy”. However, Emilia is a perfect and gorgeous little girl. As a result, I think, Dad will need a shotgun…for the days when Emilia starts to date 🙂
Baby Props and Headbands…
Emilia was more than happy to wear the cute Newborn clothes that I brought with me. But bringing a hat or headband near her, was a completely different story. Not wanting anything to do with being all dressed, Mum and I were left amused. I left out the headbands and hats and made sure Emilia was happy and just took shots of her beautiful features without anything props. Until the end of the session.
After plenty of feeds and cuddles, Emilia was out for the count and we got to dress her up with headbands and, therefore got some adorable images. Below are the end results.
